Mafia Rush is a mafia-themed dual-stick shooter. The game is relatively simple and not too innovative, but it does offer a variety of gameplay. Players assume the role of a mafia gangster who gives himself to plunder and cause trouble. The main goals of the game is to steal the bag of money in order to protect the money and then not die.
The controls are standard for a dual-stick shooter. The left side of the screen controls the movement and the right side controls the direction of fire. The default weapon is a pistol with unlimited ammunition at about one shot per second game has 5 different levels, each with 4 trigger modes. There is also a hiding place, one has in-game store and look at player stats.
