Worm vs Birds Review

Worm vs Birds Review icon

I was completely surprised when I Worm vs. Birds played because it exceeded my expectations. More serious gamers and those who are not fans of Angry Birds style of play can not find this book enjoyable that way, but a casual game fanatics like me will definitely enjoy this title.

FREE Ptch Review

Ptch did crash twice during my criticism. The first was after I had applied for a new style. I began to sweat, worried that I would have to re-create the Ptch, but I quickly learned that automatically makes Ptch drafts of a work in progress. Once I have the button "Create" touched, I was asked if I wanted to claim back the draft in memory. I quickly edited the video and had it ready in no time. The second crash occurred when I tried to share the Ptch and tried to connect my Twitter account. It appears that Ptch has a few bugs to work out, but I could share my results at the end.

Some players will find that the accelerometer controls a bit fussy at times, but with a bit of getting used to players for hens dive and get star like a pro! Of course there is always the possibility of the joystick control, if the players really struggling with the accelerometer.

FREE Jelly Jumpers Review

While on the subject of in-app purchases, is something that I particularly took umbrage at the fact that prices in Jelly Jumper "store are not clearly marked. To find out the price of a coin package in 1000, for example, I had to touch him, which began the in-app purchasing process. I was able to cancel the purchase to $ 1.99, when a dialog box appeared to confirm, but I would like to know what it would have cost in advance, and before all without the risk of inadvertently reducing spending real money!

The Dark Knight Rises Review

The Dark Knight Rises Review icon

Batman video game history was, well, more than a little dirty. That is, until recently. With the advent of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, Batman has claimed a place among some of the best console beat-em-ups in recent memory. Is it any wonder that Gameloft, the tie-in 'Arkham model' as a template for their movie Dark Knight Rises used game? Copycat design is never a problem when it is implemented correctly, as video game developers to learn from each others strengths and weaknesses tend to anyway. But this means a reflection of the extraordinary experience provided by the recent Batman games console? In short, no.

Mad Cows Review

Mad Cows Review icon

Mad Cows is a game to add-on tries to Angry Birds formula with a main feature: turn-based online multiplayer. The gameplay is similar to Angry Birds: destroy animals start from a catapult into structures with goals. The animals are farmed in Mad Cows and destroy the objects are farmers with hats. The multiplayer brings two players on opposite sides of the card to try to alternately and to defeat each other.

Fieldrunners 2 Review

Neither problem really detracts from the fun element though. It is immensely enjoyable game Fieldrunners 2, even if you lose. Have there are a few places in which were in-app purchases implemented easily, but could not, refreshingly, Subatomic Studios has to constitute a waiver, based on rewarding players by spending virtual currency earning to pay for them, rather than for real money .

FREE Spectral Souls Review

Spectral Souls Review icon

As can be surprisingly large as Spectral Souls, there is still a fairly high price, which might deter more than a few interested buyers. I would check the visuals are pretty awesome story and mechanics to be more than worth it, but everyone has their preference on. Although it should be mentioned that while there is definitely a great looking game, the animations for the cutscenes are pretty lacking and the interface has become quite confusing. Fortunately, the overloaded interface is surprisingly functional despite its appearance. Finally paltry three combat sessions are available before the in-app purchasing prompt (on "sale" for $ 10.99, no less) makes an appearance. But while there had not much free rein to be, what's it's definitely awesome.

There is a jam mode, a relaxing pick-your-own song and level setting is a game, and a great place to practice. Practice is required if players are to take on hard or extreme challenges, and all such variations and make the song selections for an amazing amount of replay value.

Knights of the Round Cable Review

The unlock system is very well made, in that there is a real progression curve, with upgrades and service marks (the subtle but important differences make the game-style) activated only after mission completed. While it still may be possible to just buy a way out o the progression system, it would be very time consuming in and of itself.

Cloud DJ Review

Cloud DJ Review icon

Cloud DJ has a few drawbacks worth mentioning for potential purchase. The first is that it is not on the third-generation devices tested, which means it could not be as good as it works on the 4th Generation devices. Also, there is no iPad version for those who would like to use the larger screen space. Finally, it seems not to export or import but a way to be recorded sampler in iTunes or on SoundCloud. The app does save it after it is closed, but I see no way to actually rename and save it for an unlimited number of samplers that users can have access at any time.

There are a lot of replay value in this freebie. It is to complete missions, and to discover bonus levels. The game may well serve as a minute killer, but once I put them in, I thought it was just an hour without losing even realizing it.

The game also has at last given a right to do what no other games: Game Center authentication. A user's Game Center account is used to log in automatically, it is easy to search for friends for unranked games or as a teammate for 2v2 mode, and new enemies can actually be added as friends in the game center, when it all said and done. The league options give the game an interesting twist compared to other asynchronous multiplayer games: It is not only suitable for playing with friends, but with random opponents. It gives the game a sense that others do not do games with random matchmaking, since advancing to the conductor serves as a tangible goal.

The controls are not quite as effective and have require some practice. Web swinging is designed to be intuitive so that the players quickly learn to trade between the contextual buttons, which appear on the screen, but also with small hands, the buttons feel small on the screen. With time I became the used to it, but it works always not still the feeling, have quite so natural as I it would have gladly.

The controls do a solid job, if also on the iPad the left and right arrows to move, perhaps a bit too far apart, as my thumb because it was felt a bit uncomfortable stretch. Draw the elements on the screen is working, although there are often moments later in the game when several elements that need to be interconnected, and that can often be difficult to do in a hurry.

Unstoppable Fist Review

Unstoppable Fist Review icon

Really the only legitimate complaint I have is that this game gets hard. It is hard incredibly fast, and can be a chaotic jumble of flying teeth and claws become just as quickly. Granted, there are several difficulties to help curb the problem, but every choice seems to be a little harder than you first expect, regardless of whether it should be simple, or attrition.

While the mix of weapons is certainly good, it is difficult to distinguish between the different symbols for the various weapon power-ups. At the end it is only slightly; only attracted to anything red (weapons) or green (health), and it works well enough. Another minor criticism is that the iPhone can sometimes learn the wrong time slowdown when the screen is a little too tightly, resulting in damage, but this is too rare to interfere significantly.

FREE Magic 2013 Review

Magic 2013 Review icon

Finally, there is the question of costs. The game, as it appears on the App Store, is free, but it is severely constrained. Free players have access to a large part of the campaign and a small selection of the deck. No multiplayer mode. No challenges. Development of the whole app (including additional decks) is $ 9.99. I realize that to some, this might seem expensive, but it's really a bargain if you ever have a deck of Magic cards have priced paper. In addition, the $ 9.99 offers endless opportunities to play against friends and strangers on Multiplayer. It is rare for me to say, but if you're a fan of magic, this is a must-buy. There are more than enough content provided to justify the price. Magic 2013 is one of the best games I've played iOS this year. Hands down.

Squids Wild West Review

However, the game is still up in those stats and level ups are not a substitute for proper positioning and strategy set. Stay away from really dangerous places in the plains and plotting is as important as the squid to be strong enough. The game is also designed to explore their approach: there is much in the way of unique levels, the specific characters or emphasisze issues such as sea horses to ride, or cards that force really to keep players away from the edges, the bottomless to use lead abyss. Challenge levels are also stress that availalbe certain conditions, such as navigating through an intricate layout of squid in 2 turns, or to kill all enemies in just one turn. Oh, and the game has sync that actually works icloud. It is a miracle.

It's a shame, then, to see so much repetitive scenery. I can you imagine thinking even more storage is curb use, and in truth it is more likely that people will be watching the action on the background, but with the little hero jump through the same broken bridge seen several times in a row after each shrine is deleted from Oni is rather disappointing. Hitting enemies can sometimes be a bit problematic. The Oni have a tendency to slightly moved before they really give a compound with a horizontal attack sometimes difficult to attack. "Hide" for the same reason, the number of fire-breathing dragon ball often a burst of fire behind another and usually results in the beginning made unexpectedly.
