Angry Birds Star Wars HD Review

Angry Birds Star Wars HD Review icon

Oh, and the first two level packs chart their way through A New Hope, and the first level pack is teased planet Hoth, aka the opening scene from Empire Strikes Back. I'm looking forward to seeing the yellow bird get encased in carbonite because that would be funny.

FREE Greedy Jump Review

Greedy Jump Review icon

It's great to see an addictive free-to-play game like Greedy Jump hit the App Store, but the problem with free-to-play is that it can be difficult to balance and that's no different here. The use of gems to buy new stuff, the ability to buy more gems with real money, and the way gems are rationed out through regular play all make sense and are typical practices but the balance feels off Specifically a number of the items in the store are disproportionately expensive when Compared to the rate Typically gems are earned. In otherwords it's either shell out some cash or play a lot in order to get new stuff.

Granny Smith Review

Granny Smith Review icon

Currently, there are only 36 levels available, with the promise of more to come in future updates. As the levels are so short, I was able to blow through it all pretty quickly. However, I try to continue to go through the levels again, my scores up, because the game is fun to play and I'm just not ready to put it down.

Pocket Trucks Review

The only problem that bothered me, that it takes too long to restart a level. When players tap on reboot, the level to load again. I am an impatient person so it's wait a little frustrating at times, but that's not really a big problem.

Another challenge arises from the multiplayer options. Local Multiplayer offers an action slice of fun with the addition of power-ups, more fun, add a method. Unfortunately, there is no trace of this mode online, but users can also challenge others to beat their time in a ghost town races. It is just unfortunate that there is no Game Center support for this entry (despite Gamecenter adding services to the title), rather than relying on e-mail and SMS to send challenges.

FREE Offworld Review

Offworld Review icon

Offworld is a universal app that will translate well in terms of game on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. I recommend playing Offworld on the iPad, if available. The retina display is easy on the eyes. It is not difficult, in the sexy graphics, cryptic yet lost cuddly characters and seamless web.

Top In-App Purchases are pauper's purse and Scholar wisdom. More first reviews attention to buggy themes as not allowed players to collect their rewards that apparently play a little random and unpredictable throughout.

Wild Blood Review

Wild Blood Review icon

I'm really impressed with the graphics in this game. Gameloft will make it better and better at the artwork for their games smoother and more realistic. In other games, I would occasionally see some lag and stuttering when playing, but shines through the power of the Unreal Engine in Wild Blood to minimize these things. The music and sound effects enhance the extensive experience and contribute to the world by Morgana had magic to life.

Puzzle-Rocket Review

Puzzle-Rocket Review icon

The only question I had while playing with the controls when maneuvering the platforms. The green force field around the platforms seems a little too big. Increasing the red arrows or maybe even help with different control options could resolve this problem. There were times when I was a little frustrated, move and rotate the field, because it just seemed too big and cumbersome for the screen.

As with all freemium games, get some amenities at a price. There is to manage three currencies: coins, cars and land to buy donuts to feed workers and real money to buy coins and donuts as well as speed up other processes. Fortunately, because there are so many things to do at any given moment, the players are rarely feels like they are just waiting around. Plus, the other currencies will be given at a fair price. For example, the player can choose to pay for or get some free donuts by occasional nabbing criminals Where's Waldo-style.

FREE Fantasica Review

Fantasica Review icon

As impressed as I was with Fantasica I still have a few problems with it. Most often it is that the menu interface employs a bit, which is a pain to navigate. I'm also not a fan of the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen because I am actively search for my ally list, among other forces. There are also certain terms such as defense against attackers works that are not communicating clearly at all.

Bastion Review

Bastion Review icon

For those who have played Bastion, here are crucial answers to critical questions: yes, the entire contents of the original game is included in this download, including all of the music and narration, and (fortunately) there is nothing that can be unlocked by need the purchase of in-game credits. Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, the controls work and work very well. I was initially dubious. After all, this is a game originally designed for a dual-stick console like the PS3 or Xbox360. However, developer Supergiant Games crafted an original control scheme for touch screen that works elegantly. There are no virtual joystick (you can use the standard controls to this more traditional approach to change), but the player clicks on the screen to guide the child. If there is something in the destructible environment, whether enemy or inanimate object, The Kid will shoot at them, if it is within range of his weapon. Want to switch weapons? Just click on the virtual button on the side of the screen. The only control that can be used to take some time to complete, is the shield, which is available via a virtual button on the bottom of the screen. Nevertheless, the controls MILES above most action-adventure games on the iPad.

Blast-A-Way Review

Blast-A-Way Review icon

The controller may be to deal with a challenge, but I do. Fault it in any way Involved with a touch screen, they seem like the best method of control. Players tap and hold on a block or place the target on the screen, and then release it at the desired angle. Draw a line from the robot, it moves to the right place, it can not fall off of ledges only by movement. Pulling on a piece of the plane moves to the view and drag to rotate the view outside the plane, control with pinch-zoom and two-finger swipe to the vertical height of the view. Occasionally setting to display or targeting a specific location is problematic, and I have some random errors, because making this more complex controls. But given the relative complexity of these controls, I can not fault the game too much. IT ultimately makes his job, and the controls are consistent.

The World Ends With You: Solo Remix Review

The World Ends With You: Solo Remix Review icon

Players control Neku with an incantation that can support the other characters in attack. It makes the system much easier than before, but it's a decent adaptation to a monitor. Problems arise only when it comes to move on the screen. Initiates combat moves through swipes or taps as move. The World Ends With You: Solo Remix makes the battle for the difference at times irritating to tell when it happens again and again. It is unfortunate, because, as usual, the fight is a lot of fun and a refreshing change from the old turn-based entertainment. A number of pins affect what skills can be used during combat and are pretty varied, both in terms of how they are used and what they do.

Lost Cities Review

Lost Cities Review icon

Since there are actually multiplayer in Lost Cities can not I go with my standby complaint. However, the function does is a typical problem: Waiting to move to the other person. Multiple games running at once, and there is always something to do, which is related not iOS, but is still waiting a bit annoying. I also mistakenly cards instead of playing it on a few occasions due to a rather large hitbox for the discard pile is discarded and my semi-distracted (ie play against someone as I type this).

Supermagical Review

Supermagical Review icon

In Supermagical, is every time the players start destroying a group of Minixs coins spawn its former location. Tapping on these coins it is to restore the balance that can be added later as the players spend on sweets. These coins allow players to buy candy. Some players may find that the element of the game spells takes a little getting used to, but once they get used to the system of cooking spells they feel at home.

The Curse Review

The Curse Review icon

Puzzles are often created simply. While a challenge could include the solution to a mystery, requires another puzzle solving skills by manipulating shapes. Others involve sliding blocks, timing conundrums or cutting a number of colored balls with only limited lines. It's a fun and varied selection that everyone succumb to the specific strengths and their logic puzzle based vulnerabilities enjoy guaranteed. The addition of timing based challenges that require quick reactions mixed things nicely.

FREE Ham on the Run! Review

Ham on the Run! Review icon

The game is free to play, but extra vegetables can be purchases in-app purchases. I do not particularly like paying real money for in-game currency, but I found that there really is no need to pay any additional money to play the game and get ahead. There is ample opportunity to collect vegetables and complete the various missions. I'm grateful.

One Tap Hero Review

One Tap Hero Review icon

While everything works together quite well, there are some moments of complications from the controls. All games are initiated via a single tap. For me this is leading to some problems in the more action segments. For example, on the things I had trouble grabbing a ladder while jumping in the air. While not everyone can make these problems, they were present in any case.

FREE Nom Nation Review

Nom Nation Review icon

In addition to these power-ups is the intricate level design. While it never relies on backtracking like a true "Metroidvania," each level is to find frighteningly tight with many secrets. Even just starting to go left, right, top and bottom and usually involves the use of a few key Noms also. It's almost like a suit Boy and His Blob in the way players and transform needs to progress. There are only 10 levels and a boss fight, but they are each quite long and consists of several segments is divided by checkpoints. It is an example of quality over quantity.

The games developer, Astragon Software is hardly a newcomer to the development of simulations, but this is their first iOS title. They have tried hard to. Financial ecosystem that is also reflected in that to create the real-life farming Players have the ability to sell crops as they choose so, and may even decide on a crop, so that the market price sit improve. Mikey Shorts Review

Mikey Shorts Review icon

This game would sink or swim on their checks and luckily Mikey Shorts have virtual controls are very tight, have touch areas, liberal enough that accidental or missed inputs are rare, if they are always happen. First fast times requires quick reactions, and the controls are up to the task that the levels present themselves well. There are also many panels with the coins to unlock the collected without gameplay upgrades that can be purchased with them. Oh, and the player can race a ghost of her best time Mikey is a ghost costume. It's fantastic.

FREE One Epic Knight Review

One Epic Knight Review icon

A trend that is appearing in the games as an One Epic Knight is Temple Run will be inclined to move into running tracks in favor of just swiping between three different tracks, it's a fundamental problem with this change to avoid: it is difficult, from a side to the other to move in a fast manner. That's what the tipping in Temple Run was so good was to enable the rapid movement. I get why the Drag is becoming so popular, as it makes sense on paper, this simple gesture is more prominent than just turning. But while it is more important to the gameplay, I think it's a net negative effect.

Sunshine Review

Sunshine Review icon

The controls for this game may take a while to get used to. Frankly, the players will either love or hate it, like it was a little frustrating to try, can control the frantic photon. Players tap the screen to jump and down on the screen to jump higher. It is worth noting that long jumps are more like slingshots. While this seems simple, the plan jumps to avoid falling into a black hole. It is possible to jump from a black hole to another track, but players need to be fast.
