LostWinds2: Winter of the Melodias Review

There were some problems with the original in terms of the somewhat unorthodox touch controls, so that it implements a virtual drive option. Both controllers are still available in the winter of Melodias, but honestly I found the touch controls standard on more than sufficiently. One or two slip ups occurred from time to time, but overall it works really well. A bigger problem for me was the map. There is a decent idea of what direction the head, but it's still incredibly vague. What irritates me most about it was trying to figure out save points. You do not appear on the map at all. It's trying to save a quick session before turning off the game for various reasons, a huge effort.

I can not stress enough how fascinating can be the mystery in the Winter of the Melodias. It is a thoroughly exciting and completely wonderful adventure. It is not perfect, but it is absolutely worth for fans of the original and the genre in general.
