Like most shmups on the App Store uses DARIUSBURST SP-touch control and auto-shoot. There is a button that switches the weapons in and out, but I've yet to figure out why that would be necessary at all. Unleash the potential burst button on the other side with his super-weapon is essential. The fact that they can not destroy enemy lasers does not hurt.
