Ask anyone what their favorite Super Nintendo RPG is and there’s a very good chance they’ll answer Chrono Trigger without a moment’s hesitation. I mean it is one of, if not the most respected, admired and loved role-playing games ever. The game has seen its fair share of ports since the glory days, including an appearance on a compilation set for the PlayStation and a much more recent Nintendo DS iteration. Now it’s out for Apple devices.

Secret of Mana Review


If you are a fan of the classic Super NES role-playing game Secret of Mana, thereafter this iPhone port possible rocketed to the lid of your gotta-download list. It’s a almost accomplish port of the 16-bit epic that was rightfully lauded (and motionless is) for its dominant style, storytelling, and gameplay. Unfortunately, the multiplayer that was so fresh and enterprising in the original Secret of Mana has been jettisoned. To lose this on a coupled tool like the iPhone or iPod Touch, that’s a real shame.

Groove Coaster Review


Groove Coaster is a mash-up of genres; aggregating the timing-based tapping encountered in most tunes recreational activities, the psychedelic wire rope perimeter visuals from labels like Rez HD and the unfailing upgrades and evolutions in TAITO’s other release. The player’s avatar glides along a wire rope as it turns and turns, sometimes temporary a shining thing which will demand a tap. And that’s the bounds of the gameplay. No virtual branches, no tilting and no on-screen buttons to press. It’s just a not hard, exquisite one-touch interface.
